Health Savings Account (HSA) Checking
TB's Health Savings Account (HSA) checking provides a way to save money to help offset out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. Contributions to HSAs are tax-deductible and subsequent earnings and qualified distributions are not taxed. An HSA can move with you if you change plans and unlike most flexible spending accounts, it does not have to be depleted annually. There are no HSA-specific fees for TB's Health Savings Account checking.
We offer three types of HSAs:
- Our HSA checking account.
- Our interest-earning HSA allows for six withdrawals per monthly statement cycle.
- Our HSA Certificate of Deposit is perfect if you don’t need to access your HSA funds for longer periods of time. Please note: there is a penalty for early withdrawal.
